Privacy Policy
Last Updated and Effective: September 21, 2026
At NTDdigital, we take privacy and security seriously. This United States Privacy Policy outlines how NTDdigital and its affiliates (collectively, the “Company,” “NTDdigital,” “We, “our,” or “us”) process the information we collect about you through our websites and other online services (collectively, the “Services”) and when you otherwise interact with us, such as through our customer service channels.
If you are a California resident, please also see the “Notice to California Residents” section below.
Information we collect about you:
• Contact Information (for example an email address) You might provide us with your contact information, whether through use of our services, a form on our website, an interaction with our sales or customer support team, or a response to one of our surveys.
• Usage information We collect usage information about you whenever you interact with our websites and services. This includes which webpages you visit, what you click on, when you perform those actions, what language preference you have, and so on.
• Device and browser data We collect information from the device and application you use to access our services. Device data mainly means your IP address, operating system version, device type, system and performance information, and browser type.
• Information from page tags We use third party tracking services that employ cookies and page tags (also known as web beacons) to collect data about visitors to our websites. This data includes usage and user statistics. Emails we send may include page tags that tell us who opened them and clicked on links in them. We provide more information in the Cookies section below.
• Log Data Like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. The log files contain data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses, internet service providers, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system versions, device type and timestamps.
NTDdigital works with a variety of third parties and service providers to help provide you with our Services and we may share personal information with them to support these efforts.
• We may also share your information in the following circumstances:
- to prevent, investigate, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service or any other agreement related to the Services, or as otherwise required by law.
- to help us conduct marketing and/or advertising campaigns.
- to conform to legal requirements, or to respond to lawful court orders, subpoenas, warrants, or other requests by public authorities (including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements)
• Personal information may also be shared with a company that acquires our business, whether through merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or other similar transaction or proceeding. If this happens, we will post a notice on our home page.
• NTDdigital will always ask for your consent before sharing your personal information with third parties for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy.
Contact us at contact@ntddigital.com or (888) 892-3456 to find out what information we have collected about you, and to request any changes.

Notice to California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”), gives you the following rights regarding your personal information.
Personal Information We Collect
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number, IP address, and cookie or device identifiers.
- Professional information you give us, such as your job title and company website.
- Commercial information you give us, such as your approximate marketing budget and the services you are interested in.
- Internet or other electronic network activity, such as the pages you visit on our website, how you interact with them, the page address and campaign (UTM) parameters when you submit a form, and how you found us.
- Your message and any other information you choose to include when you contact us.
We collect this information directly from you (for example, when you submit a form, email, or call us), automatically from your browser or device, and from the analytics and advertising services listed in the Cookies section below. We use it to respond to your inquiries and provide our services, to operate, secure, and improve our website, and to measure and improve our marketing.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and then delete or de-identify it. To decide how long that is, we consider:
- Inquiry and contact information: how long we need it to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows, plus any period required by law (for example, tax or accounting records for clients).
- Website analytics data: the retention period set in the analytics service, which for Google Analytics is no longer than 14 months.
- Cookies and similar technologies: each one expires according to its provider’s settings, and you can delete them at any time in your browser.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described in “Right to Delete” below.
Right to Know
You have the right to request the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and information about the categories of personal information we collect, the sources of that information, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
We disclose personal information to these categories of third parties:
- Identifiers and internet activity (such as cookie IDs, IP address, and pages visited): analytics and advertising providers (Google and OpenAI), and providers that host, secure, and deliver our website (such as Cloudflare).
- Information you submit through our forms (such as your name, email, phone number, job title, company website, budget, and message): service providers that help us receive and manage your inquiry.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. Our website uses analytics and advertising cookies and similar technologies, described in the Cookies section below. To the extent that this constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, you may opt out at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in our website footer.
We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When your browser sends a GPC signal, or you opt out using Your Privacy Choices, we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information: advertising and analytics cookies are turned off and third-party tracking scripts are blocked for that browser. Google may still receive limited cookieless measurement signals that do not identify you across sites.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under the CCPA, and we do not sell or share sensitive personal information.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights, including by denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of service.
Categories of Personal Information Sold or Shared
In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold personal information for money. To the extent our use of advertising and analytics cookies constitutes “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, the categories involved are identifiers (such as cookie IDs and IP address) and internet or other electronic network activity (such as browsing and usage data on our website). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
